ROXI - YOGA
I started yoga practice in 2014 to deal with stress in work and personal life. I used to attend classes in the morning and evening, always when I was able to. Stepping on the mat I was looking for calm. I like active and healthy lifestyle. Couple-month-lasting YOGA Instructor course in Poznan City I finished in March 2015. It was a wonderful time for me. Yoga classes I can lead in new business pro building Minicentrum in Leszno city. Yoga is the best thing in my life. In Yoga I like the most that it gives relax and calmness but it also can be a never-ending challenge. Each pose- asana You can do better and better. After some time we are able to do poses, which are more advanced and they demand concentration and mobility.
Yoga helps us to change ours life for better. Regular practise harmonises mind, body and soul. We learn how to deal with our anxiety, worries and adversity. We deal better with stress and it is easier to find solution in difficult situation. Be fell better, healthier. Each pose has a specific impact on our body and feeling. It can be relaxing, but also dynamic and demanding. In this time we ise a lot of mobile devices and sometimes forget about simple things, to which yoga can help us return. Activity gives us a lot of positive energy. Healthy and balanced activity is necessary to keep body in good condition.
We warmly welcome to our classes, which take place in Minicentrum building on the Niepodległości street number 49. We welcome people who are advanced and beginners. Group classes are an opportunity to meet other people and spend time nice. We are trying to be small community ;) There are also available individual classes. The time of them is fitter to you. For this kind of classes U can come with mother, fiancé or friend. We will concentrate then on your needs. The detailed schedule for this month U will find below.
